Co-Owner & Assistant Trainer
Hi. I’m Cindy the co-owner, and Assistant Trainer of Bauser’s Pet Training.
I have learned to train dogs, hands on, with Christine over the past 8 years in obedience at all levels, back yard agility, Rally-Obedience, and Tricks.
I have my PetTech CPR & First AID Certificate of completion. Cats are my first love and through that I have grown to love dogs just as well. Cats need enrichment just as much as our canine friends. Keep a look out for our Feline Training classes.
I have learned a lot about animal learning theory and how to train dogs and cats using positive training methods. The training is based on positive reinforcement using Least Intrusive and Minimally Aversive (LIMA) style training in group and private sessions.
Office Manager & Dog Trainer
Regina has been a lifelong lover of animals. She is very passionate about understanding the care of dogs since she was a child. After years of volunteering with rescue dogs and self-training, Regina became a Certified Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College to better understand dogs. During her mentorship, she was paired with Christine and Bauser’s Pet Training. Inspired by Christine’s passion and drive she decided to leave the medical field and pursue a career in animal behavior and training. As the office manager Regina is ready to help Christine take on the world of dog training, helping one fur family at a time!
My name is Nicole and I am certified through Animal Behavior College (ABC) as of August 2016 and it was the best birthday gift I could ever given myself!
I got my start at a local dog training company in South Miami, and then formed a company named, “Bark and Bond” which focused on positive reinforcement training.
I gained most of my experience working with shelter dogs, as I volunteered at both Miami Dade Animal Shelter and Paws4You Rescue down in Pinecrest, Fl. During my time spent in the shelters, I learned a great deal about the importance of training and how it can prevent most dogs from ending up in the shelter and possibly avoiding euthanasia. My main focus is always helping humans to better understand dog communication and in turn, creating a lasting relationship between the two.
Hi my name is Diego.
I’m a professional dog walker and I started several years ago when taking care of my friends’ dogs while they traveled. One day, my friend who had a dog walking company asked me if I could help him and that’s when our fun walking journey began. I’ve had dogs my whole life, but I always knew there was so much to learn from the canine world.
Thankfully, I met Christine and her amazing team who are giving me the opportunity to become a dog trainer. I am learning and discovering so much about dogs and realizing I didn’t know as much as I thought.
I am very grateful to be part of the Bauser’s team.
Dogs have simply, been one of the most important things in my life! I take it as a great responsibility to do everything I can to make sure that the animals have everything they need to thrive. I have worked in the pet care industry for over 20 years, and have gained tons of experience in that time; therefore, your pup will be in good hands, no matter what!
I have been working with dogs since I was 14 yrs old, and have functioned in almost every professional capacity as a pet caregiver! I started off volunteering at a vet clinic in Venezuela, and later with an Ethologist dog trainer, and quickly moved up the ladder from there. At the age of 20, when I finished my degree in advertising, I moved to Israel and studied to become a certified veterinarian technician. I worked in the field for several years. During my time there, I worked with many animals who had special needs and health conditions. I enjoy taking care of pups whom need a little extra TLC! When I moved to the United States, I opened my own company and also worked in a Pet hotel and daycare for the last 6 years. I have experience working with cats, horses, and exotic pets. I have volunteered for pet rescues in the past. Recently, I joined Bauser’s Pet Training team as an Apprentice Dog trainer with the goal of becoming a Professional Dog trainer. I am very much enjoying being a part of the team and working with the animals I love
Hello my name is Debbie. I grew up raising, training, and showing Australian Cattle dogs to help on my family’s farm. After the farm was sold, I found a new outlet with training and started to compete my dog in AKC obedience. I have titled multiple dogs in Obedience and Rally-O as well as in conformation. My passion is helping people communicate with their dogs. I feel training is a relationship with your pet more than anything else. I enjoy teaching people how to have a better bond with their dog. I am excited to be working at Bausers Pet training so I can help you with your pet.
Hi my name is Topher.
I was a dog handler in the army for 5 years. I got certified in dog training through the airforce. I grew up always having dogs around, so I absolutely loved my time in the army working with dogs everyday. After my time in the military, I spent some time with in-home training. Sharing my knowledge and experience with dog owners feels so rewarding- I love connecting people with their pets. I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of the team here at Bauser’s!
OUR PASSION, OUR PROCESS AND WHY WE DO THIS.
The most effective dog training occurs when I help bring awareness to pet owners. In this way, owners can partner with me to continue training when not in a class or group setting. I enjoy helping pet owners to understand what their dogs are really communicating to them. Welcoming all breeds, I begin my training by making sure the pet owner(s) understand and can mimic what I am doing. I am trained in different methodologies of dog training and find positive reinforcement training is the most fun and beneficial way to train your dog to become a well-behaved family member. When using the main styles of training: shaping, luring, catching, chaining, mimicking, and molding behaviors, I find dogs do learn and love to learn. All dogs want to do is please their owners. Happily teaching multiple levels of dog training, I also provide individual private lessons depending upon your dogs needs. I will assess your dog and determine whether group or private training will be most beneficial for you and your dog. My goal is for you to be happy, with a happy well-behaved dog!
